Agendas
UPDATE: Our agendas now include a Public Testimony item. This allows anyone from the public to voice concerns or thoughts about any of that meeting's agenda action items. Each testimony will be allotted two minutes. To give a testimony, please sign-in on the sheet on the middle table before the start of the meeting. You will be called forward when it's time. If you are unable to make the meeting, please e-mail the [email protected] account before 4PM. Anything later may not be received in time to be read to the board. For decisions brought forth by a committee, testimonies should be voiced at those respective meetings before coming to the board.
